Businiess name:  Pizza Villa

Review content:
I've tried a lot of pizza joints around town from the chains to the fu-fu-fancy pizza joints and I think Pizza Villa (PV) has the best thin crust pizza in town. Bar none.... The spices, the sauce, the crust, and toppings are excellent. Their pizza is uniquely spiced and they chop up their meat toppings (including pepperoni) which results in a uniform taste with each bite. The meat toppings are also less greasy and more crunchy than when you cook them in in the normal way. Think of the difference between crispy bacon versus limp/greasy bacon and you will understand what I mean.\r \r If your going to try their pizza, I'd recommend ordering pizza for pick-up rather than dining in. PV is a little hole-in-the-wall place and its ambience is lacking. In fact its ambience is rather lousy. The chain smoking owner should take his cigs outside. But good tasting pizza is more important to me than ambience. They don't deliver, don't take credit cards, and they charge for drink refills. PV is the best kept secret in the Dallas area pizza world.... Price-wise they are SLIGHTY (10%+) more expensive but I'm willing to pay extra for good pizza. Pros: Wonderful thin crust pizza Cons: Lousy ambience and chain smoking owner...
