Well, this is the first review I have ever written, but if it saves you the time it took me to figure out how rude and unhelpful this group has been. We had them pre-wire our home during its build. after the build, i had some basic questions. not only did they not call me back, when I talked to them, even though i was willing to pay for their service to assist me, they CLEARLY didn't want to assist me. \r
