Took a TV in for repair. They said I had to pay an estimate fee to tell me what was wrong with the TV and how much it was to repair. Sounded good and I agreeded. A week later I got a call saying they could not get the repiar/technical manual for this LCD TV and that I needed to call and get it.! I tried to make the call to get the manual and it was a number for sending in repairs and not manuals, so I did not get the manual. I was still charged the fee for the estimate. WHAT ESTIMATE!! All I got was sorry we can not fix your TV or give you an estimate because we can not get the repair specs! So tell the guy I guess you will not work on these TV's (DEll) any more, and he says no we will keep trying. He did say they had had a problem in the past with getting manuals. If they would have told me this up front I may not have wasted MY HARD EARNED MONEY!! Pros: Local Cons: They say what you want to hear
