Review content:
My family used to buy here for a few years. The current owner Kathy has the professionalism and customer service skills of a rat! We will no longer purchase anything from them. They are wayyyy overpriced too. My family purchased a dozen pink roses and one blue carnation and it was $100. They outsourced this to a local business in Bucks County and I was sent the worst brown roses with a snapped blue carnation in the middle. When my father called to complain, the owner called me and said I was a liar about the company's ""delivery"" policy and was a complete witch with a huge attitude. I have pictures of the old and new flowers and it's night and day difference (this site doesn't allow for attachments). Kathy then called me and had a HUGE attitude with me from the initiation of the conversation. She was completely unapologetic, unprofessional, combative, condescending (called me ""honey"" after I asked to speaked to her manager bc of her allegations and poor attitude and I didn't know at the time she was the owner bc she acted like a spoiled child) and overall low class individual. \r

On a side note, I went to Leary's to price flowers a year ago for my wedding and they were 2.5 times the price of one of the best flower shops in Center City and had much higher quality flowers!! Another show of overpriced flowers.\r

Don't waste your time or money on this place. They are overpriced, have very poor customer service, and the owners give hill-billy a new definition. It's a shame bc people like Adrienne (who work there) are wonderful and a delight to deal with but even the employees don't like working for the owners! Go figure. I'm sure they won't stay in business for long with that type of ownership and I can see why they keep changing owners. Their only saving grace is the employees who keep the owners from interacting with customers, smart move but it's not enough for us (or everyone we tell) to ever shop there again. There are much better florists to deal with in Delaware County so look elsewhere.
