In the interest of full disclosure, I've been doing business with Hoyt for years. The reason Hoyt is my ""go to guy"" when it comes to wines is that he takes pride in my wine cellar collection. I have wines that I purchased on his recommendation that are simply the best. He tells me when to drink them, how to drink them, and when to share them with him over a good dinner. Hoyt also knows how to throw a great wine tasting party-I still have the remnants of grass stains on my forehead from the last go around.
Get to know this guy-you will walk away with some real gems that are VERY reasonably priced.
