Martha at Molly Bee's did a fabulous job on the flowers for my May 2007 wedding. I met with her for a consultaion and we went over what I was looking for in my flowers. I had brought pictures I had cut out from magazines which she found very helpful--she could really get a sense of my style. I told her I wanted peonies, roses, freesia, stefanotis, tulips, lisiantus, hydrangea, etc and let her know the colors (pale pink for bridesmaids and table arrangements, white with some pale pink for my bouquet) and she went with it. Her initial estimate was a little high, so I asked her to see if she could lower it by substituting some different types of flowers and she was able to. She also was okay with my idea of using less expensive flowers at the church (since no one can see the details up on the altar). Overall, I would very highly recommend Martha for any floral needs. She put together a beautiful vase arrangement for my shower as well.
Pros: does a beautiful job with only a little direction
