Review content:
I went to a Strobel Tire & Oil Company location for an alignment (Barnwell, SC) and I was displeased with the service. This has to have been the worst experience that I ever have had at any shop. Suddenly, after the service, I noticed that personal property ($100) had been removed from a console of my vehicle (other than the ""mechanic"", I was the only person in my car in the last 48 hours), and my car still pulls to the right. I made reports to the manager and I was told that there was nothing that they could do. Not only am I out of $100, the car was not serviced properly. I also reported the incident to the VP of the company (located in Summerville, SC) and he recommended that I reported the incident to the BPD (I did). In conclusion, I had a bad experience at this shop. Please don't be a victim of careless managers and dishonest mechanics; take your motor vehicle elsewhere.
