I am writing this review to WARN you! Mr. Jake Schatz owner of Metro-plex is ripping people off. I made arrangements for him to do foundation repair September 2007. Mr. Schatz showed up pressuring me to pay him even thou the work was scheduled for October. I relented and paid him half $2700. Next day, I came home for lunch, and surprised 3 workmen tearing up my property. I believe this was Mr. Schatz way to force me to begin work immediately. Because he needed the money! After that I decided to do only the part I had paid for. I told him of my decision. But never could get Mr. Schatz to speak with me without hanging up. I never got any work done.\r

I discovered he has a unsatisfactory rating with the okcbbb. And he's listed as a plumbing contractor not a foundation specialist. Court records show 7 cases against him. Plus there are several negative online reviews. I am going to court and possibly the attorney general. But it's doubtful I will ever see my $2700. My hope is this helps you avoid a man that has no conscious, morals or integrity!
