I have taken yoga at many places, and this is an exceptional studio! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the teachers are well trained and very encouraging. It has a true community feeling and you can tell that the people there really want you to feel at home (in the studio and in your own body). Good instruction on yoga poses, yoga lifestyle, breathing etc. If you're a beginner then look no further - they teach true beginner classes here! If you are a more advanced practictioner, you will definately be able to deepen your practice in this enviroment.
