This is true yoga. The teachers go out of their way to describe all the aspects of yoga, not just the poses. They also seem to really care about the students. They never criticize or embarrass anyone and are very positive. There are all different levels available so pretty much anyone could find a class. There are a fair amount of guys in most classes so usually, you're not the only guy. The other thing is that you never get a feeling that anyone is evaluating you or more advanced students are snickering at you. Everyone really seems nice and seems happy and excited when you make a small advance. They also have classes that teach meditation and other subjects. They have really great relaxation! Pros: great teachers, not overly crowded, friendly people, true yoga (not exercise class) Cons: ?
