I took my Honda Odyssey to have body repairs done to it. I would never take anything I own back to this dealer again. My husband and I figured since it was a Honda dealer doing the repairs it would be done right. We were wrong. First when I went to pick up my van, I asked the lady at the desk (didn't get her name) if there was someone at the body shop that would go over what was done to my van with me. Her response was ""Um Didn't someone call you and tell you what they did. I said "" No, They just quoted me the estimate and told me when to pick it up. She started reading off of a paper that was making no sense at all. So I just went on with it. I paid the lady and she handed me my keys and said "" Your van is in the parking lot. So I take my keys and walk outside to a million cars in the parking lot looking for my van. I looked at the paint job which had bubbles all in it that I could of probably did better myself. The damages just looked like they were painted over and not repaired at all. (The whole drivers side was smashed in and was suppose to have new doors put on). I open the sliding door to put my kids in the van and there is glass all over the seat from where the window was busted out and they repaired it but failed to clean it up. I grabbed a handful of the glass, took it over the body shop and handed to the man standing there, which didn't say anything because I'm sure he heard me talking about how the van was not repaired the correct way like it was suppose to be. Along with the glass was dust all over the seats and interior, the floor mats were nasty. Needless to say I called my insurance company and I am getting everything taken care of, But I would never recommend anyone to take their cars to the body shop! What a waste of time and money!!
