lived here for three years. FIRST WARNING: Look out for the managment! They will be super sweet until you sign the lease- than look out! better hope nothing goes wrong while your there. The maintnance man is one of the rudist people I have ever had to deal with. The place is managed by McKinney properties- google them and find what other people have to say about them... \r

One thing I do give them credit for is this- The building is super super CLEAN! The common areas are very nice. \r

THE SECOND WARNING: Parking is very very limited! Unless the lady running the place likes you (and she has to realy like you) You will be limited to ONE parking spot (which you have to pay for and is NOT included with the rent!) The restuarant on top of the building has many employees that take any available on-street parking. So chances are that you will be stuck parking several blocks away and walking home. Oh and did I mention that there is a good chance that your car will be broken into and will also be a victim of a hit-and-run! (TWICE while I lived there!)\r
So I guess that if you can aford to live in this place, the views are great. Hire your own maintnance person, and hire a personal driver so you dont have to worry about parking!

Cons: hard to park, harsh managment, grumpy maintnance people, EXPENSIVE
