I wanted to add an important addendum to my previous review. I have since come to learn that Brace Flooring are PRICE GOUGERS!\r

We HAD to use them because our builder had a contract with these people, but everyone needs to know that these people are price gougers.\r
\r
We wanted to upgrade our bathroom and flooring choices throughout the new home. We priced our choices (by product and provider, so we knew what the retail prices were per yard) - Brace quoted OVER THREE TIMES the cost for these products. They were ALREADY getting labor charges to put in the basics, so it's not labor related.\r

In addition to their price gouging, they will order about DOUBLE what you need for the job, and KEEP THE EXCESS ORDER FOR THEMSELVES. Their business practices are unsavory to say the least.\r

BEWARE of these folks. My advice? Get the basics with no upgrades put into your home and then search for an independent contractor to come in and upgrade. You'll pay LESS for someone else to REDO Brace's job than to be forced into using Brace because of your builder's contracts.\r

Brace flooring you should be ASHAMED of yourselves.\r

They don't deserve one star, they deserve NONE.
