Review content:
Wedding photos were dark, distant and not of professional quality!!! We paid before the wedding and it took 4months to get online proofs; 5months before we recieved our ""thank you"" photo cards. 7months later and we still do not have our album. We received unedited proofs and were told to tell them which ones we liked and they would edit. HOW CAN WE PICK WHAT WE LIKE IF THEY ALL LOOK LIKE CRAP!!! Our alter shots were of the backs of our heads. We do not have one full frontal of us(bride and groom) that is not dark or distant. And although we gave them a detailed list of what photos we wanted- we only received 1/3 of what was requested. Family members did manage to get photos of them getting seconds during cocktail hour!
Pros: Jacqueline took great engagement photos!
Cons: Jacqueline did not do the wedding photos
