This will be my final attempt to contact jodi009. I cannot rectify her concerns if there is no dialog between us. In fact, at this point, Im questioning if the rating by jodi009 is even be valid. The internet is a wounderful source of information. However, it can also be a place where good companies suffer at the words of annomous and sometimes false postings. Reputable company's are always willing to make things right for their customers when they are not completely satisifed. Before the internet people spoke face to face or by telephone and things were taken care of. People posting hurtful or false reviews should be made aware although they may think that they are posting anonymously, their computer does in fact have an IP address. In most cases its better to make a phone call to resolve issues, as most companies work extremely hard to maintain their reputations and are willing to assist their customer, as we are here at GallettAIr Inc.
