STAY AWAY from this company!!!! This is the WORST management company EVER in all my years in New York!!! They manage a bunch of properties around Lincoln Center (Sessanta, Adagio, 242 W 61st, etc). They were two months late getting tenants into the building and people had to fend for themselves during this time. Many people had terminated leases already! Now that everyone is moved in, the entire building is a disaster! Faulty electricity, everything broken, and CHEAP quality stuff though they claim to be and charge like a luxury apartment. Stuff already falling apart! They are NOT at all apologetic and act like we should be grateful that we got into the building and are taking their time fixing everything. Their attitude is outrageous. Basically their claim is that you've already signed the lease so suck it up. DO NOT lease from them!!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT!
