Review content:
We wanted to get a family photo for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. What a feat to get babies, teenagers and Gramdma altogether and smiling. However, we did it! Just to have the most disappointing photo experience of my 62 yr. old life. The man was in a terrible hurry (for no reason). Didn't take time to make baby smile or to arrange us. There is a big hole in the middle of our family photo. I did buy one photo for Grandma because she may not be here for any others. He only took one pose of family and only shot it once. I could go on for a while at the terrible pictures taken. My son and his wife had a coupon and the picture that was chosen for it was all on one side of the page and cut right through the hands. If this isn't nightmare enough he was very, very rude when we went back to see pictures. There were three families who were ready to buy but other than the one for Grandma we all walked away. Over all this is the worse photo experience of my life.
