Over a month ago I scheduled an appointment for my husband to have a routine medical eye exam. In which my husband had to leave work early losing an hour of work. We got to the appointment and filled out the paper work, and their receptionist turned to us and said, I only have the information providedby the patient. As the Optomitrist walked out the door, the receptionist asked if could our medical company out source. We of course did not know. \r
After doing a few clicks on her computer she was unsure whether we had coverage or not, so we needed to pay the whole amount today in cash. \r
It is about 3:30p.m. and the Office Personel at my work have already left, as one man in the lobby suggests to us. I didnt have $220 dollars in my wallet (she said cash only), so we left as I told her that was a long wait for nothing.\r
My husband called our Insurance company and they assured us because he has diabetes his appointment was covered.
Pros: Convenient to where I live
Cons: Prejudiced, UN-Christian, & Snobbish
