My husband and I hired Oscar Lintag and his wife Swee Lintag after completing weeks of internet searching, telephone interviews, setting up initial interviews, checking referrals, and driving around, looking at the potential designers prior projects, before finally deciding that he was the right one to do the job. \r

Oscar is professional, thorough, detail-oriented and takes great pride in his work. This characteristics alone put him at the top of the list of candidates. Add to that his passion for his work, his desire to please his clients, his attention to detail, his ability to work in the set budget, and his beautiful, one-of-a-kind designs sold us on him. As we worked with him, he continued to demonstrate patience, warmth and his own excitement for our project. \r

Oscar and Swee are not ""hands-off"" people. They do not send their workers day-after-day without letting us know what was is going on. Their workers are able to communicate with the homeowner, and if there are ANY concerns about the work, the progress, the quality, the design, the workers. . . anything at all, you will find that you can easily address Oscar and Swee and they will take care of it. \r

You will not get a cookie-cutter design - nor did we want one. Oscar gets almost all of his clients by word-of-mouth. He designs both residential and commercial projects. He has several completed projects overseas, and his own back yard is lovely, peaceful, warm and welcoming. This is the feeling we also wanted for our home. \r
