I had thought about purchasing a DSLR and my niece had recommended Inkley's based on her own experience. I came in and talked with Sean (store manager - although I didn't know that at the time) and was WOWED with the service I received. He gave me some basic camera instruction (his knowledge is amazing) on my first visit and I was very grateful. The camera I purchased (Sony A55) is very easy for me to use - for my first DSLR. We are going to be taking it to Canada this summer and I also wanted to use it to take food photography. Sean was very helpful in selecting the right lenses and helped me understand how to use it correctly. It was a very, very positive customer service experience and I appreciate everything he did to help me. My sons are so excited and it has become our family hobby. Thank you!!
