I have to agree with the poor reviews here. These guys are usually pretty rude and offer the poorest of service. They are located just down the road from me and I spent several thousand dollars buying equipment right after I moved here. Even so, they always act like they've never seen me before when I go in there and there isn't much benefit to having purchased the equipment there when it comes to service. I now buy my parts on line or my belts at NAPA. These guys get no more of my money. FWIW, Terry's is owned by the same company, so don't think you can go to their 'competitor' because they are all the same company.
