Horrible service. I took my bike in to get a recal fixed and when I got it back there was damage to the lids of my saddle bags. Because I don't have evidence to prove they did it, they won't take accountability. Who thinks they need to take pictures of a vehicle before they take it in? I gave it to them expecting them to care for it, not damage it. The service guy I spoke to basically told me that because there were already cosmetic flaws with the bike, it shouldn't matter. Shameful.
