3 strikes and your out! Ok, I try play it forward and write reviews for great service instead of ranting but not this time. The first time we went in was about super bowl time. The place was packed and the cashier never smiled, said thank you or even looked me in the eye. I notice all the employees with grumpy faces and figured it was just a busy day. Fast forward to 3 months later when I went in to get birthday décor. The cashier once again was very unfriendly (see above for repeat actions). Oh well I thought I just wont ever shop there again. Well the party did not happen so I went in to return the items and the cashier was just as grumpy and unfriendly. Not going to go there again. No eye contact or smile. I will spend my money somewhere else. (Note to owner: Its not your location its your employees.)
