Review content:
\r I lived in these apartments for almost two years. It was a wonderful community to live in until it was taken over by a new managment company. The land/office lady is COMPLETELY unprofessional, not only in attitude and conduct, but in appearance. She was (and probably still is) ""out to lunch"" about seven and a half hours of the eight that the office is open. There is a number to call, but the phone was never answered and the messages never recieved a return call. \r While the new management team was in charge we had a garbage disposal and dish washer break. It took them over a month to repair the dish washer and the disposal was never fixed. We chose to not renew our lease when the notices were posted to our door strictly because of the inefficiency of the property management. When she saw us packing our vehicles she approached us and told us that we were required to give a thirty day notice. This was not outlined in any of the notices that she posted on the door, nor did we recieve a copy of the lease. When we asked her to show us where this was written she said we would need to make an appointment to see our lease! Really! I'm assuming she had to take a 5 hour lunch that day.\r To make a long story short, after showing proof of the notices she posted, with her signature, saying we simply needed to notify them before the first if we were leaving, she denied ever posting them or that it was her signature that was clearly on them. Because of all the frustration, the absolute lack of professionalism, not to mention the out right lies this women was spewing from her disgusting mouth- there were a few profanities that were exchanged. The land ladies maintenance person promptly theartened to beat up my roommate. A man in his fifties got in the face of and physically threatened a frustrated young man. Again, the lack of professionalism that these people displayed is down right baffling. The exchange reached the point police intervention.\r Unless you are going to be sleeping a box, which in all honesty may be better, DO NOT rent at these apartments. There is not a single perk they can offer that will outway the terrible management of the property.
