We had our whole house cleaned and there is no difference in appearance of our carpet. Spots and traffic areas are still present. Called the day after service to report my dissatisfaction and get the issue resolved but it's been a week now and no one has contacted me. The only plus was that our tech was super nice. Product doesn't do what they claim. BIG MISTAKE!!

HEAVY RESIDUE LADEN CARPETS - By Over Coating / Selling of Non-Effective Protectant Chemistry. Effect Carpets Will Continue to Rapid Resoil Until The Foreign Non-Functioning Residue Producing Chemical Is Completely Removed.
Thank you so much for your comments and the opportunity to return to your home. As we presented, the only time the process fails to perform is when carpets are heavily coated with residue from other processes. This was confirmed during conversation with the customer upon returning with manager.
Heavy residue of non-functioning soil protecting products from previous service provider (who applied two (2) treatments in one year, double treatment, too much), in each area where difficulty occurred. Issue became obvious when attempting to re-clean upper most stairs in staircase. Upper most stairs are normally lightly soiled. These upper most stairs were obviously coat with a foreign chemical. They simple resisted cleaning, which means the residue producing chemical was first to take solubility producing energy from cleaning solution, leaving not "space" or energy for normal soiling to be emulsified and go into soil suspension.
Customer confirms purchase (over purchase) and application of residue producing products by previous preferred service provider.
Standard carpet cleaning processes are designed to remove normal daily soluble soilings produced by common home and business life. It is not design to encounter or remove solutions, chemicals, and competing chemistry that inhibit the primary function of the cleaning solution.
A best practice is to a.) avoid using and compounding residue producing chemistry and solution within matrix of carpet; b.) hire professional with intent to remove heavy residue producing chemistry and solutions from effected carpets; c.) clean with non-residue producing solutions and processes.
The delay in response was our error and we apologize.'
