Review content:
I frequented with my family for MANY years the best appetizing anywhere, anytime. I remember Norman the original owner and then when Jeff took over the store. I had the most horrible experience this past Yom Kippur. holiday I called in the afternoon to check on the hours and was abruptly cut off by the person who answered the phone ""we're not taking any orders; I only wanted to check to see what time they were open until that evening. I was told 7:30pm I got there at 7:10pm, the door was locked, all the people who worked there were eating and still working at the counter and I was turned away, they never even came to the door even when I asked if they were closed all I got was shrugged shoulders. I was incensed to say the least. That is NOT what you do to get sealed in the book of life for another year! Furthermore, if you were looking for Kosher, it isn't. Right after the holiday the name was changed and is just another corner deli. Jason has a lot to learn about keeping clients whether you order for 50 or for 5. I will NEVER patronize the deli again which is a shame since it was a part of my family tradition. P.S. I had to give a rating to post this but in my opinion it doesn't merit a rating.
