Review content:
They are VERY unreliable, rude and lack the people skills necessary in working with the public. My daughter had a 10:30 a.m. driving lesson (in addition to her road test) scheduled with East End. At 10:15 a.m. on the morning of her private lesson Bill called me ranting, ""WHERE ARE YOU! I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE 10:00!"" I told him I was only a block away and that the lesson wasn't until 10:30. He became very belligerent and stated, ""NO! IT IS 10:00! I CANNOT GIVE YOUR DAUGHTER A 10:30 LESSON BECAUSE I HAVE ANOTHER LESSON SCHEDULED FOR 11:00!"" I said, ""Are you kidding? I have the notes from our conversation setting up this lesson and it clearly states 10:30."" And as I was proceeding to tell him that I had to take off from work and was losing a day's pay to get my daughter there, he hung up on me! He did not even try to rectify the situation. Be weery of this company! They are not reliable! I am obviously not using them for my daughter's road test anymore! My daughter would have been devastated if they had pulled this on the day of her road test!
