Review content:
THE SALESGIRL CAROL IS HORRIBLE. I REPEAT, THE SALESGIRL CAROL IS HORRIBLE. As soon as I walked into Cohen's I was greeted by this super fake, bleached hair, face-caked-with-makeup, aging woman who aggressively asked me what type of frames I was looking for...as soon as it was clear to her that I was on a budget she immediately lost interest in me and passed me off to a subordinate. While looking at frames, I could overhear her talking poorly about other customers. I overheard her talking to another salesperson and laughing about another customer that ""looked like a h00ker."" She was very unprofessional and when the girl assisting me had a question about pricing, I thought it was very convenient that Carol initiated an entire dialogue in spanish, very well knowing that I could not understand. She had a snarl pasted on her ugly face until a customer spent money...then she was your best friend. I feel that customers should be treated equally, but Carol made it obvious that you were only as good as the money you spend. I ended up not getting glasses because I felt my business would be better appreciatewd elsewhere.
