I agree with ""horrible staff"" review. That woman carol is very aggressive and very condescending and very full of herself. Although she did not serve me and my wife, I watched her and and saw how she spoke to others. However, my wife was served by the other blonde condescending angry woman do not remember her name. She was so angry when we asked her why a particular charge was going to be on the bill and told my wife ""dont be silly"" when we didnt agree to pay something we werent supposed to. She went on about how our optical coverage was so great (which we dont need to be told) that to pay 250$ out of pocket was good. She took my wife in the back to show her the details on the computer 10mins later they came after the woman admiting she was wrong and we paid nothing. It is her fake smile, bad attitude and bad business that will keep us from going there again. But will not keep us from roosevelt field
