The first service we required from Drain Pro Plumbing was a little bit complicated. We were changing out a traditional water heater for a tankless water heater, and they had to figure out how they were going to do that. What they did for us was provide the most economical option, and another option that was more expensive, but was a more comprehensive solution. They gave us a choice, and we opted for the most economical option, which, as it turns out, they actually preferred. They were all about customer satisfaction, and I appreciated that. In addition, they also came out because we had a leak in the main water line. They repaired that, and to do so they had to dig a trench in the front yard. Quite honestly, I could not even tell they were there afterwards. It was a four-foot trench across the whole yard, and they did such a beautiful job replacing the dirt and the grass that it was like they were never there.
