I can't say enough good things about Sean and his team at S&S. I took my aging Dell desktop computer in when it locked up (Windows Vista sucks, by the way) and Sean ended up spending more time than we thought it would take trying to diagnose the problem. Undeterred by the various issues with my computer, he was able to diagnose the problem (a corrupted operating system) and fix it. He kept me updated the entire time and discussed several options with me along the way. I was worried about the cost given the number of man-hours he and his techs spent trying to figure it out but the final cost was extremely reasonable and was what we had initially discussed even before he knew how long it would take to fix. He backed up my data and stored it in case something was missing. He even followed up with me several days after the repair to make sure everything was okay. \r \r Had I taken my system to Best Buy or most other computer repair places I'd be taking out a second mortgage to pay for the repair and I wouldn't feel the overall satisfaction I do knowing the job had been done right. I will take any and all of our computers to Sean for service and/or repair. I highly recommend S&S.
