THE FIRST TIME I WENT THERE FOR A BLOWOUT. MY EAR WAS BURNED FROM THE HAIRDRYER I HAD BLISTERS THE NEXT DAY. THE SECOND TIME, SHE CANCELED MY HAIR APPT FOR MY BEST FRIENDS WEDDING 1 HOUR BEFORE. AND LASTLY, SHE INCORRECTLY PROCESSED MY HAIR WITH THE KERRATIN AND MY HAIR IS COMPLETELY DESTROYED. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET YOURSELF A REAL PROFESSIONAL. THE WORST PART ABOUT SHE HAD ZERO REMORSE AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT IT. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU NOT TO MAKE SAME MISTAKE.
