Because of my neg experience, I was compelled to sign up & explain. Yes their florals are lovely, but their customer service LACKS. Pure novices.\r \r In March I inquired w/ owner to do my June wedding. I explained I didn't need a lot because it was in nature. Cool. \r \r I finally received a quote in early May. At $8k+, it was for everything imaginable, which was ok--I wanted to see what she came up with. During this time she was nice & reasonable. \r \r When I began to cut items from quote I started to get the cold shoulder. I was passed to a B level assistant...who wasn't swift. Because I was a low priority to them, this quote-cutting process took weeks. \r \r 3 WEEKS before my wedding, I finally knocked the floral budget down to reasonable $2k. I was put back in touch with the owner. She e-mailed me to explain if I further removed any more items from the quote, I would no longer be worth her time & should go elsewhere. I contemplated going with a different florist, but was too spent from wedding planning.\r \r My wedding day = disaster:\r ? I was never shown an example of what the bouquets would look like & was disappointed when they arrived. I asked for natural look--I received stiff flowers in a ""mound."" \r \r ? The owner refused to do part of her contract. When my mom pointed this out, owner said, ""If you would have paid more money, you would have gotten this!""\r \r ? I paid for (3) tall glass vases. (1) vase arrived broken, another one's bottom fell out when rocks were placed in it. No replacement was brought in for either. Could they use cheap, low-quality vases? \r \r ? I paid $500 for hanging mums in tree. The mums were only strung thru once w/ fishing line & not looped around or glued. By ceremony's end, most mums were on the ground.\r \r If you have a good budget for florals, you might get better treatment. If you don't, stay far away from Dandelion Ranch. They didn't seem to care about my needs...was obviously LOW priority. They only cared about my money. Pros: Floral arrangements Cons: Customer Service, Prices, Communication, Attitude
