I had reserved an economy vehicle for pick up at the Queens location. Due to an unforeseen problem I arrived past my pick up time and the vehicle was rented. I was very disappointed at first as I thought I was not going to get a vehicle. The staff was very nice and after I explained my situation I was given a bigger vehicle for the same price as the vehicle I had reserved. I must say that this is my new rental place!!!! The price was reasonable compared to the bigger rental companies and the vehicle was a new model. The people were really helpful. I recommended this company to all my friends and family.
Pros: Very Nice People, great price, fantastic cars
Cons: Closed on Sundays
