I have been to Vincenzo's for lunch and dinner on several occassions, and I must say, that each time I have received top quality food along with friendly and efficient service. Because I am a long time customer and am somewhat familiar with the owners, I am sure that if you had mentioned your experience to the host/hostess they would have gone above and beyond to correct the mistakes.
This restaurant is a great example of a family owned business. Give them another chance - I'm sure you will be pleased.
