Review content:
I stopped by this past Friday with my friend and all I can say is ""Wow!"" My meal was simply amazing - mussels and the sweetest shrimp I've ever had in a perfect white wine sauce with linguine. I used two rolls just sopping up the leftover sauce. The calamari was fantastic, super crisp yet not overcooked, (I'm not a fan of soggy calamari rings, which I get at a majority of restaurants), and the tomato sauce was just spicy enough to keep you coming back. I thought the service was fantastic. Our server, (David, I think) was very knowledgeable about both the food and wine - he recommended a great white wine I had never heard of to go with my meal, and a red (a Tuscan I believe) for my friend who had the steak. I tried to get my friend to try the soft shell crabs, the special for the night, but he wasn't feeling too adventurous. However, I did try his steak and it was damn good for an Italian restaurant. Will definitely be back and have already told a few more of my friends about it...Well Done!
Pros: Food, service, wine
Cons: Not busy enough - support independent restaurants!
