Review content:
The service was bad from day one. I Dropped off my car on 1/17/08, received rental car and that same night the car died and my wife and I didnt get home until after 1 AM. We were able to get a replacement car that same night but the replacement car was just left outside with the keys on the front tire and the car was given to me with no gasoline. As soon as I turned the car on, the gas light came on. \r

Then my car was promised to me on Friday, 1/25. I called on that Friday didn't receive any calls back until I spoke with one of the Mgrs (Patrick) who informed me that the car wouldn't be done until Monday @ noon. Again, didn't receive a call back on Monday to inform me that the car was done. I called in and was informed that indeed the car was done. I drove down there and I inspected the car. I was completely disappointed. There was residue around the door handle. There were ""new"" scratches"" and ""scuffs"" on the side the car that was ""repaired"" and there were some chips in the paint were they supposedly painted and fixed the car. Vehicle was promised fully repaired on 1/29/08. I went back to pick up my car after leaving the day before and I get there and my car was dirty but ""repaired"". \r

I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. I was sold on thir TV commercial (I should've known better).\r
