This previous post truely makes me sad to see. That post was written back when the gym was under previous managment. Since that post thought Gateway Fitness has improved dramatically since being taken under new management. Gateway has really changed its image alot since the new gym director has taken over. The director David London has been involved as a fitness trainer for over 20 years and is focused on member satisfaction and is always inquiring with what his members thoughts are in how they think the direction of the gym is progressing. The gym has purchased new equipment, purchased new televisions along with a sound system. You are always greeted when you walk into gateway giving you a nice personal feeling. Not to mention it always seems like there is never a backup or a wait time for a machine which is nice for me to be able to just get in there do what I need to get done and then get out as quickly as possible My favorite thing though is that the gym has been able to lower its fees (even with a brand new YMCA being built near by) and is now one of the cheapest gyms in the surronding area and much less crowded than that near by YMCA. I have seen this gym dramatically improve itself in recent months and it seems like thats all it will continue to do.
Pros: Awesome class selections lke, yoga kickboxing, kinesis, spin classes, and a few other classes
Cons: I haven't had any issues since the new management
