My experience at this salon was a complete nightmare! I decided to take advantage of the featured Groupon deal for highlights (hard lesson learned, never bargain shop when it comes to your hair)
During my consultation I showed my stylist Justine several photos of the blonde color and style that I wanted to achieve. She said no problem and began the process to take me from brunette to blonde. I was horrified when she finished washing out the color my hair was orange and brassy. I complained and even asked for a manager. The manager apologized and told me that if I wanted the color corrected she was fully booked and that I'd have to schedule an appointment for a later date and that I would be responsible to pay for it!! I was also told that I had to pay for this disgusting orange hair color that I didn't want. I'm so pissed. The stylist couldn't style to save her life. I mean really, using a flat iron isn't rocket science! I walked out of the salon looking like a frizz ball with orange hair. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! Oh and did I mention it took them 3 hours!!! I don't understand how they've been in business for 22 years.
