I live in the neighborhood (17 years) and own two homes in the Eastlake/Otay area. I have been shopping at this store ever since it opened and watched everything around it built from the ground up. The young managers and staff are very inexperienced and definitely ""Racial Profile"" against blacks that patron the store. I was stopped to review my receipts and the guy did not identify himself and just ran up on me from the parking lot as if I were a thief. He was rude, unprofessional, not articulate and not of manager quality. They have lost my business at this store.
