A few years back I bought a pair of running shoes from Elite Feet with no problems. I decided to go back there a few months ago and reluctantly let them sell me a pair of shoes I thought weren't right for my foot but they insisted they were, so I bought them. Long story short, I put them in my closet until I had my baby (5 weeks ago) and got them back out to get back into running. They were not comfortable at all so I went to try and return or exchange them. When I started insisting that I did not want the size they were trying to sell me, he said that I take it or leave it, because he wasn't going to refund my money...only exchange them. And, they were only going to exchange them for the shoes THEY thought I should have, NOT the ones I wanted. How ridiculous is that? I walked out of there unable to return my shoes because they REFUSED to sell me what I wanted. I can not believe that customer service like this existed. I've never been treated like this when trying to make a purchase. I am stuck with a $100 pair of shoes that I have never worn and will never be able to. What a shame they acted like that.
