This place is lucky it's getting 1 star if there was a zero option that would be it. I took my leather motorcycle jacket in to get the seams released on the whole jacket. Tanya was the one who had tailored it in the first place about 8 months prior to when I had asked her to do the work.
She only released the seams on the hips for 45$ than requested even more money to do the sleeves which were not even leather when I had specifically instructed her the whole jacket needed to be extended. It can't possibly be 100$ worth of work to release the seams on a jacket... She then continued on denying my claim and began laughing and giving me an attitude when I was just trying to address an issue I had with her work. Never once was I out of line with this woman and all she did was attack me when I tried to get my jacket fixed. I had even called a peace officer to come and help me resolve this situation in a civil matter and SHE EVEN LIED TO THE PEACE OFFICER. The officer had even told me that wasn't the first time he had been to that place.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS TAILOR. Most garbage customer service I have ever experienced at any local business I've tried to support.
