Review content:
This Indonesian martial arts school has helped me get fit and learn about self defense. I'd never taken martial arts and I wasn't much of an athelete before I joined Fifth River. But the instructors made sure I could keep up with the level of training they offered. Over time, my speed, endurance, reflexes, balance, and strength have all improved. I feel much more aware, present, and comfortable in my body since I've started training at Fifth River. (And I quit smoking!)\r

Instructors really care about safety and about making sure their students are comfortable as they learn. Highly recommended for the beginning student who wants to be in better shape and learn how to defend him or herself or for the accomplished martial artist looking for an interesting, flowing perspective on self defense.
Pros: Friendly, effective training tailored to individual needs
Cons: Parking can be challenging when there's an event at Key Arena
