I just visited Appearances salon for the first time and could not be happier with the cut and color that I received. My stylist, Summer, asked me what I was looking for in both cut and color, and more than exceeded my expectations in how it turned out.\r

They use great products (Kerastase & Bumble & Bumble) and I felt Summer took the time to talk to me about why she used which products. \r

The salon was very comfortable and I had had the receptionist, my stylist, and another stylist who walked by while I was ""processing"" all ask me if they could get me anything to drink, a magazine, etc. The owner, Jim also came by to introduce himself which I thought was very nice.\r

Pros: great stylist, customer service and enjoyable salon
Cons: not inexpensive, but I've found you get what you pay for
