Review content:
I took my truck here for a 100k mile service this past week. I was quickly greeted by Jerry, the service manager, who helped me get squared away with the work I had requested to be done. I dropped it off the day before I left for a vacation and they told me it was no problem for it to be there while I was out of town.
My vehicle was in pretty rough shape and Jerry and his team went out of their way in getting my service done on time. He called me every day with updates on my vehicles progress which made me feel good that the appropriate work was getting done in a timely manner. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle he had a whole box full of parts that they had replaced on my truck, taking the time to show me what was wrong with each part and why it was replaced.
Then he showed me all the new parts that were installed and I was very pleased with the quality of their work. I felt their prices were reasonable and Jerry went above and beyond making sure I understood why they took the steps that were made in repairing my vehicle. I would highly recommend this repair facility to anyone in Rancho San Diego looking for peace of mind in an auto mechanic. I will be taking all of my vehicles in the future to Rancho Auto Service for all of their service needs.
