This Boston Freight company is miles apart from all the rest when it comes to customer service, communication and planning. I have worked with other ""larger"" companies only to pay more for less care with my valuable shipments. If I have a question about a shipment, I call and talk directly with the person who booked my shipment and get immediate results. In the perishable business, this is key. \r

The bigger companies have a secratary screening calls and they almost always took a minimum of 4 hours (usually the next day) to call you back. \r

Don't waste your time like we did for so long. This team of pros will put your shipments on the same flights at less money or find a better flight at a great rate.\r
