I have been working out with Amber since February 2008. She pushes me to do things I never thought I could do! Each workout is tougher than the one before it (and boy do I complain during the sessions!), but I know they are making a difference in my overall health. Before signing up with Cafe Physique, I could barely walk up a flight of stairs without losing my breath. Lazy was my middle name! But now, I feel better than I have in years! I have more endurance, strength and flexibility. I'm beginning to see signs of a waist again. Imagine that...me with a waist after gaining more than 60 pounds after having my children. Amber and Cafe Physique are the best!
