I have been so impressed with Cafe Physique! The new studio is a great environment for working out and the staff is so good at making you feel like you're their only client. They are so personable and great at designing a plan that fits your lifestyle. I've been working with them for a little over two months and I've already lost 10 pounds. I truly have recommended this to everyone I know that wants to take control of their life and their appearance. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!
