Review content:
Cafe Physique and its founder Amber O'Neal changed my life. Our company recently took on CP as a client so I began to regularly strength train for the first time in approx. 15 years. Before I started working w. Cafe Physique, I got my cardio from shopping and doing 12 oz. curls. Terribly pathetic, I know. I have an extremely busy work schedule and I have to attend events regularly in the evening, so I had a very difficult time fitting exercise into my schedule. I also can't stand going to the gym b/c I am beyond germaphobic and allergic to florescent lights and annoying people in spandex - so really had no desire to make an effort. I also never found a trainer that took the time to understand my lifestyle and develop a realistic program for me. I am simply beyond happy with my results since working out with Cafe Physique so far. I had no idea how much a difference it would make having a trainer show up at my loft twice a week - saving me tons of time compared to if I had to drive back and forth to a gym. I have no excuse now and I feel great! I love the one-on-one attention and I often invite a friend to work out with me. I am handling stress much better and feel stronger and more balanced. I am actually addicted to working out now (well, on some days). Each training session is different, we laugh a lot and I am constantly challenged. I have also learned how to train properly on my own and incorporate small changes into my life that make me healthier. Most importantly, they developed an exercise program based on my goals, needs and lifestyle - so I am able to stick to it. I live in the Inman Park area (where Cafe Physique just opened a new studio) and I am actually contemplating taking a Pilates class - something I would have never done before. Who knew!?! I could not be more grateful and 100% recommend Cafe Physique and all it has to offer. Perfect for the busy professional, gym haters, moms, couples, friends and small groups. \r
