Review content:
I value honesty and integrity so the Tom Smith commercials about Jesus struck home with me. I worked out a deal after cash down and my trade in for $14373. That price was written down and then we shook on it. When I was looking over the contract at home, I found that they hid an EXTRA $3,000 in there on top of what they promised as their bottom line.
I confronted them about this and they refused to not only do anything but admit they had done something wrong. They even took things further by accusing me of trying to cheat them after the sales person just admitted we agreed on that price. I was badgered throughout both the buying experience as well as the dispute. Tax, tags, and fees total just over $1,000 so even that lame excuse wasn't even close. They were just wrong and did nothing to stand up for what they promised.
For more details, you can google search for ""Tom Smith thirdconspiracy"" to see two lengthy blog posts on this and another issue I have with them.
